Customs & Import Policy
At Kravenor, orders are shipped directly from our international logistics centers located in the United States, Europe, Asia, and South America, to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.
We prepare and submit all necessary shipping documentation to help ensure a smooth delivery process.
However, because many of our shipments are international, your order may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, or local taxes, depending on the regulations of your country.
📌 Import Duties & Taxes
If your order is subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees, these charges are the responsibility of the customer, in accordance with the policies of the destination country.
Kravenor does not control or collect these charges and cannot predict their amount.
If applicable, the shipping carrier or your local customs office will contact you with instructions on how to complete the payment required for the release of the package.
Your order will be delivered once the customs process has been completed.
⚠️ Unpaid Customs Fees
If import duties or taxes are not paid within the timeframe requested by customs authorities, the shipment may:

If a package is returned due to unpaid customs charges, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Customers located in regions such as Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and European Union countries may occasionally be subject to additional import taxes depending on the value of the shipment and local regulations.
These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are outside the control of Kravenor.
